We have an excellent opportunity for a practical hands-on engineer with exceptional troubleshooting and deductive reasoning skills. This position will be responsible for supporting legacy and new product lines in production, maintaining product certifications, and developing product updates through testing and evaluation. This position will require taking a leadership role on a cross functional team to identify, implement and confirm product updates.

Required Qualifications:

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related major field
• 5 years of demonstrated product development experience.
• Strong organizational and data analysis abilities
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
• Team-focused personality a must!
• MS Office proficiency – Word, Excel
• Wants long-term role as senior engineer of innovative heating products
• Available for occasional travel

Desired Qualifications:

• Applied knowledge of combustion, heat transfer, condensing boilers, hydronic systems and refrigeration/heat pump systems.
• Experience with industry-related agency, rating and product approval standards
